広くてゆっくり出来ました。 特にサウナとカラオケ子供達が喜び盛り上がりました。 暖炉もとても良かったです。 来年も使いたいです。

− お風呂のお湯の使い方が良くわからなかった。 食洗機が壊れていて、壊れている事知らせて欲しかった。 （後で洗うのが大変でした） 年寄りが居たので階段上がれず、トイレに行けなかった。 （事前に知りたかった）

A beautiful spacious house perfect for a group of friends. Convenient location. Highlight for us was the karaoke room.

After reading a previous review I was concerned about the property but I needn’t have been. The house was clean and didn’t smell. The design of the house is beautiful. So much space. 9 of us stayed for one night a friends 50th birthday. We were all so impressed with the size of the house. Lovely large entrance with slippers laid out for us. Large lounge with veranda. The weather was lovely so we were able to sit outside. The kitchen was really well equipped with everything we needed and more. Towels were provided and the shower was really large and powerful. The reason why we booked the house was because the karaoke room. It was great! A large selection of up to date songs. Disco light and aircon. A large load of bread, chocolates and some other food was left for us. The bread was delicious in the morning. The 11am checkout was really nice. We could relax in the morning before we left. The house is really close to the station so very convenient. Overall this house was perfect for our group of friends. We’d stay again.

− The only thing anyone had any complaints about was a slight smell from the sink and the futons for the tatami room were quite thin. The other beds were very comfortable though

I got to the property at 530pm and I had to reach out to the staff by messenger because they have not sent me the information pdf on how to enter the property. Then they sent me the wrong pdf and I had to ask them again. The process took 30minutes. Then it took another 2 hours to figure out how to turn on the hot water system because there are two of them and the staff didn't know that. I don't know why it wasn't turned on in the first place. The house was dirty and packed with absolutely crap. Its like all the owners wanted to click every box on he feature list. There a massive kitchen which lots of dirty crap, and no decent size glasses or mugs. Every cabinet in the kitchen stinks. The upstairs karaoke room smells like a toilet. The bunk beds were so uncomfortable my kids slept on the sofa down stairs which fell apart when we open it. We will not be returning.
