− erotteleva wc ei sovi minun takapuolelleni, eikä siis ole pideä. lauteille ja alas vaikea saunan askellus liian suuri, yksi 91v toinen 70v ja muutkin kompuroita. seinä viisarikello puuttui olohuoneesta. käynti uimalaiturille vaarallinen kalliot liukkaat sateella, punkkiruohot myös haittaavat polulla.

10.0Everything was perfect. The house was clean, the view was stunning, the host was friendly and easy to communicate with, and he was responsive to our requests. The bonus of sheep and horses on the island added to the positive experience.
− The hot shower may not last long, about five minutes, but that suited us just fine.
Beautiful location and peaceful surroundings, but the overall experience did not match the price.

− We felt that the price was quite high for what was offered. Bed linen and the final cleaning are charged separately, and if you choose not to pay for the cleaning service, you are expected to thoroughly clean the entire cabin by following a detailed checklist. This includes taking the rubbish to the recycling station, chopping firewood, washing the floors, hanging the rugs outside, and several other tasks. The toilet is an outdoor chemical toilet without a flushing system, which can be quite uncomfortable during the night, especially for families with children when the weather is cold. We are from Croatia, travel frequently, and this was not our first visit to Finland. We understand that some of these practices may reflect local traditions or cultural differences. However, considering the price of the accommodation, we expected a higher standard and felt that essentials such as bed linen and final cleaning should have been included in the rate.
Good to know
Björkholm can be reached by the ferry M/S Viken from Granvik. The ferry runs several times a day and is free is charge. You can bring your car on the ferry. The last ferry departs around 18:00 and at 19:00 on Fridays. A taxi boat is also available for an extra charge.
Bed linen and towels are not included. Guests can bring their own or rent bed linen for EUR 12.50 per person per stay and towels for EUR 2.5 per person per stay.
Please note that final cleaning is not included. You can clean before check-out or pay a final cleaning fee of EUR 50-80.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
