Heel fijn, uitzicht is geweldig

De ligging is perfect, prachtig direct aan zee. In de herfstvakantie was het plaatsje in winterslaap, restaurants dicht en bijna geen toeristen. Voor ons prima, wij kwamen voor rust en dit was heerlijk, privé strand leek het wel. Het huis zelf is ook netjes, superschoon, veel handdoeken, beddengoed, etc. Je kan een heel mooi pad langs zee wandelen aan de ene kant en langs de andere kant over een wandelboulevard. Zwemmen in de zee direct voor de deur.

− Geen groot nadeel: de bbq en het koffiezetapparaat die vermeld staan zijn er niet. We konden een grillplaat lenen en er werd aangegeven de presentatie op booking.com te gaan wijzigen. Buiten was er geen loungebank zoals op de foto's maar wel een ligstoel en een tafel met 4 goede stoelen. Kleine details, ons verblijf was heerlijk.

Perfect location right on the beach, nicely equipped apartman, very kind host and neighbour helping in everything you ask for. Beds were comfortable, kitchen is well equiped, where we could solve everything with the owen and hot plates (although a microwave would be welcomed). Podaca was beautiful, calm and pleasant in late October. A large supermarket (Plodine) is in the next village, a small shop is also in Podaca.

− The two small bathrooms were the only things which were a bit uncomfortable due to shower draining problems.

Summer oasis by the beach

If you want to rest and enjoy on the beach, Summer House Bella is real peacefull oasis by the beach. House is well equiped with everything you need, beach is just a few steps away. Owners are very polite and helpfull. This is the place where you wish to return next year.

House Bella was a dream location for our family beach holiday! The spacious terrace with two seating areas and a garden with flowers and lemon trees has a beautiful view over the sea. From this amazing lifted terrace, with enough space for our kids to play, you have immediate access to the beach. Moreover, inside the spacious and newly renovated house you can enjoy the view over the sea. The house was impeccably clean and equipped with all you need, including comfortable beds. At night, we loved to sit on the balcony of the master bedroom, to enjoy the stars and the reflection of the moon in the sea. Helpful and friendly owner, made us feel at home at her truly "Bella" holiday beach house.

The location is just perfect and the host was great! The house had everything we needed and it was very clean! The Wi-Fi worked very well. There are no comments available for this review. Next time we will definitely be there.

One of the best stay so far.

A couple steps from the beach, lovely garden and terrace, clean and spacious. Villa Bella is a great, affordable vacation home. We were greeted with care and thought by our kind hosts and had a very comfortable stay. The house was clearly designed with thought to every little detail, from the bedding to the plates and silverware. The parking space is probably 100 meters away. Fast WI-fi and Ethernet cable all available to connect for usual things, or for work. Restaurants are few meters and supermarket not far away. Hope to stay there again the following summer.
