6.0El sitio muy bien y la casa pequeñita pero con todo lo necesario. El jardín genial. Muy bien situada, cerca y lejos de todo.
− Faltaba limpieza había muchas telarañas y arañas. El suelo de arriba hacía muchísimo ruido. Es una casa muy húmeda

Fantastisch huis op een hele rustige en mooie locatie.
10.0Prachtige gerenoveerde oude boerderij opgesplitst in twee ruime comfortabele woningen met veel privacy. Rio Alisio staat aan de rand van de Picos Europa in een prachtige omgeving met uitzicht op de bergen. Het is een ideaal uitgangspunt om de Picos te bezoeken.

Muy tranquila y acogedira
9.0La ubicación tan tranquila, es una maravilla. Hemos estado allí varios días con nuestros hijos y hemos quedado encantados. Era justo lo que buscábamos: tranquilidad, naturaleza y una casa cómoda y muy acogedora.
− Hay algún bichejo, pero algo totalmente esperable para donde estábamos.
Decepción
6.0Javier fue encantador y nos puso todas las facilidades para que nuestra estancia fuera la mejor posible. La ubicación y el entorno son excepcionales.
− El interior de la casa está anticuado. Una cosa es mantener un ambiente rustico y otro tener muebles deteriorados. A la casa le hace falta una renovación entera de mobiliario (cocina, baño, sofá, televisión, ventanas, etc.). Aún conociendo la humedad de Asturias (vivimos aquí), en la casa se siente y huele a humedad debido a que no está bien aislada. Además, en el baño hay un olor fuerte. Todo esto se podría disimular un poco con algún ambientador o algo similar, pero no había ninguno en toda la casa. Añadir además que la casa no estaba limpia, había polvo por todos lados. En resumen, dejadez absoluta. Por último, como pequeño detalle, no nos dejaron ni papel de cocina.
