Een heerlijke comfortabele woning in een rustige omgeving, met op korte afstand veel faciliteiten en bezienswaardighede
9.0Rustige ligging en de inrichting van het huis met alle noodzakelijke goedwerkende apparatuur. Alsmede de tuin met veel privacy .
− Niet bevallen is een te groot woord. Op enkele punten zou vitrage kunnen worden aangebracht wat de privacy ten goede zou komen.

8.0Das Haus war perfekt ausgestattet und für Ausflüge mit dem Rad oder zu Fuß gut gelegen
− Das Haus hat eine 2. kleine Schlafkammer, die sehr heruntergekommen war und von kleinen Fliegen oder Flugameisen bewohnt wurde, sodass dieser Raum nicht genutzt werden konnte. Das Haus kann nur schlecht belüftet werden und heizt sich bei Sonneneinstrahlung sehr auf. Die Außenanlagen wie Sitzgarnitur und Grills waren nicht sauber.

− The property is a little far from the big cities. Thw town is very small. You have to ride a minimum of 45 minutes to get to Utrecht.
