5.0The property was nice and clean. In fact the office staff was also professional and efficient. Unfortunately, no one responded to email or phone calls. We never received any information on door code or exact address even we emailed ahead to get them (as we never heard from the resort coming up to stay). We never heard from anyone. We actually thought we were scammed. Booking.com also had a hard time reaching anyone. Fortunately, my husband found a tenant from another unit who directed us to a staff on site. After a lot of stress we managed to check in. It’s too bad that the management is so irresponsible as it is a nice resort with good location and facilities. Just too bad that the service was ask lacking. Booking.com was literally locating another accommodation for us as they too can’t reach any
