Location is excellent - 2 mins from the beach which is not very crowded compared to Nikiana beach. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need , coffee machine is great - don’t need to care about capsules, just buy your favorite grinded coffee. Even though that house is located near the road, noise is not dramatic so you can still enjoy a meal on a terrace. Anastasia was a superb host , very caring and responsive!

Amplasarea proprietății, plaja din spatele casei, materialele de întreținere si curatenie din belșug , bucătăria foarte bine utilata și echipata, mobila noua, multe prosoape, proprietarii foarte amabili și receptivi

Clean accommodation , it has a kitchen super dining area a porch and toys for small children . We have felt very comfortable and were very warmly welcomed

very close to the beach, with everything you need, we felt like we were at home. because we stayed for two weeks, we were very happy that there is also a washing machine in the house. the internet also works very well. very friendly owners, they help with advice, whatever you need. we spent a really nice vacation on this island, thank you Argy, Manos, Magda and Dimitris! ❤️

− The house is really located next to a busy road, but most houses in Lefkada do not have a good location... with this house, you don't have to cross the road to get to the beach, and that's already an advantage.

the house is comfortable, well equipped, located 800 m from the restaurant area in Nikiana. The beach behind the house is very clean and quiet. We realy felt like home. I recomand this house for a vacantion on beautiful Lefkada because from here you can reach the east and the west coast. The Host is very kind to provide you enything that you need.

family centred house with wonderful hosts

amazing friendly hosts. very helpful in the lead up to our trip and responsive during our stay. the garden and toys were perfect for our son - he loved the rocking horse and slide. the house felt very clean which is important to us. the lovely quiet beach is just behind the property- very close! Nikiana is only 5/10 mins walk and has everything you need.

− it is clear form the map that the house is on a main road. we didn’t know how busy it would be and there was a lot of noisy traffic so spending time in the garden wasn’t peaceful. the walk to Nikiana is short but the main road isn’t that nice to walk along.
