8.0Tolles Haus, komplett ausgestattet, sehr gemütlich in einer super Lage.
− Die Sauna war nicht einzuschalten. Wir sind Freitag angereist und ich habe sofort angerufen, mehrfach auf den Anrufbeantworter gesprochen. Leider gab es keine Reaktion. Auf dem Infoblatt ist, dem ich die Nummer mit dem Anrufbeantworter entnommen habe, steht noch eine Mobilfunknummer für eine Unterstützung vor Ort. Diese kann lediglich per "WhatsApp/SMS" kontaktiert werden. Leider gab es keine Reaktion. Dann startete ich den Versuch, über den Booking-Chat, um mein Anliegen mitteilen zu können. Dort bekam ich die Antwort vom Vermieter, dass ein Bedienungsfehler unsererseits den Betrieb der Sauna verhindere und eine "wer lesen kann ist klar im Vorteil"-Frechheit, weil ich mich beklagt habe, dass der Mobilfunkkontakt nicht funktioniere. Damit meinte er, auf dem Infoblatt stände nur WhatsApp als Kontaktmöglichkeit, was absolut nicht stimmt (siehe oben). Fazit: Wir könnten die Sauna nicht benutzen, weil uns niemand helfen wollte. Zudem war Sonntagmorgen alles sehr kalt, weil der Pelletofen, der Bus Samstagabend echt super geheizt hat, leer war. Die angeblich im HWR gelagerten Pellets waren auch nicht da.

War ein gelungener Aufenthalt im Haus
8.0War alles sauber. Alles vorhanden was man gebraucht hat . Einfache Anreise . Haus war schön eingerichtet . Sauna super funktioniert .
