− Unclear expectations around the 'pet friendly' policy. I would encourage to enquire before booking as the place might not be suitable after all. Owners were not happy with the hairs shed by our pets and charged us additional cleaning fees despite no vacuum available at the place. Very very small sink which doesn't make it easy to do the dishes. No comfortable seating to eat, the concrete table is un-practical and the living room is crowded with furnitures. Would recommend for short stays only.

− The hot water hadn’t been turned on. I turned it on in the afternoon when I arrived, and it was still stone cold at 3 o’clock the next afternoon. There is nowhere comfortable to sit and socialise
