The area was food and calm but the toilet was unclean and the mattress of all the bed were not Good

9.0Excellent location for the Black country museum and the canal boat tours. The property facilities overall are very good..with everything you need. There was tea coffee and biscuits left for our arrival which was a lovely touch..thankyou There was plenty of fresh clean towels for everyone, with miniature toiletries also..like a hotel would provide.liquid soap in all bathrooms and kitchen. A washing up cloth, liquid and tea towel all provided in the kitchen..so absolutely everything was there for us. We would definitely stay again.
− The seating in the lounge area was uncomfortable..but basically I think it was set up for a group of say contractors rather than a family..it had been well used and sagged a bit. We had an issue with missing light bulbs the first evening..but after a text to the owner in the morning it was rectified immediately..a great service..more actually than we expected.
