8.0The location was great for us. It was very close to our families' homes for graduation celebration. Since 3 families stayed in the home, it was very comfortable to gather all 6 of us and hang out. There is plenty of room for all of us. Also able to make breakfast with all the amenities in the kitchen was great! Nice amenities, able to do a load of wash, make coffee, and a kitchen full of everything you'd need. Additionally, the price was good. And you were not gouged by all the other fees (cleaning fee). We would stay again!
− Unfortunately, the backyard was not very private or inviting. We did not hang out back there except for coffee in the morning. It wasn't that huge of a deal as we were spending most of the daytime at our families home. But a little privacy fencing from the street would be nice. Additionally, this is not the property owners fault, but somebody's dog barked continuously at night. A little annoying.
