Na terenie obiektu znajduje się basen który właścicielka sprząta co parę dni. Jest grill, stół do ping-ponga oraz rzutki które mogą umilić nie jeden wieczór 😊 Pobyt minął nam bardzo miło, serdecznie polecam.

Wir wussten bei der Buchung nicht, dass das komplette Objekt für uns ist. Es ist alles sehr gepflegt, sauber, neuwertig und stimmig. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Jeder Raum hatte ein eigenes Bad und eine Klimaanlage, was die Hitze sehr erträglich nachts machte. Der Pool war sauber und die Nacht über beleuchtet. Am Dart und beim Tischtennis hatten wir unsere Freude. Die Menschen in dem kleinen Ort war alle sehr freundlich. Die zentrale Lage zum Nationalpark, Zadar und Splitt war optimal für unsere Vorhaben.

We had a wonderful stay at the vacation house in Pristeg, Croatia. The property is located at Pristeg 158, 23420, and it truly exceeded our expectations in many ways. Firstly, the professionalism of the staff stood out. They were incredibly accommodating and responsive to all our needs, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The house itself was well-equipped, catering to both children and adults. From a fully stocked kitchen to entertainment options like board games and a smart TV, everything was thoughtfully provided. The location of the house is interesting. While it is a bit further from the beach and large stores, this turned out to be a benefit for us. The area is quiet and safe, perfect for a relaxing family vacation. The neighborhood is friendly, with welcoming neighbors who made us feel at home. Additionally, the house boasts some fantastic features. The garden area was a great place for our kids to play safely, and the barbecue facilities made for some lovely evening meals outside. Overall, our experience at this vacation house in Pristeg was exceptional. The combination of a peaceful location, excellent facilities, and top-notch service makes it a perfect getaway spot. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a tranquil and well-facilitated holiday home in Croatia.

Apartment is great, really good equiped and pool was spot on! We brought our own wifi so I can't say how is the one in house. Owners are really nice and helpfull! Location is little bit further from coast, however we knew that and we don't have any issue with that because roads around are great and you are at coast and big stores really fast. Fully recommended!

− Would be nice to have mosquito nets on sleeping rooms because they are more useful than repelent devices.

Lovely villa in a rural setting

The property was really well equipped, it had everything. It was also very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The air conditioning was also excellent. Nice little extra features like games for the kids and some fruit and wine were there on arrival.

− The location was quite remote, so a car was a must. Most tourist things were about a 30 min drive away which was ok but for us it would have been nice to have been a little closer to places due to age of our kids.

Iddylic holiday in stunning villa

Everything was perfect. The owner responded to all my messages pre booking and after booking (pre arrival) promptly and in detail. Very good communication in English :) The property itself has all you can possibly need! It is really exceptionally well equipped. It was even stocked with toilet rolls for the whole stay (10 nights). Besides that, there was plenty of dishwasher tablets, all washing powder/liquid, tea, coffee, sugar, all kitchen dishes and tools, ironing board and iron, two hair dryers, plenty of towels. We were welcomed with bottles of wine, bears, juices, croissants, milk, ice cream, ice cubes, water. The owners went over and beyond to even provide us with ice cream cakes for two of the children who had birthdays during our stay-so mindful and kind of her! :))) Thank you once again for that! x The house is very specious, the photos gives you an impression that it’s smaller but the living room, the outside area is actually bigger than it looks on photos! It’s brand new, very clean and modern. It’s secluded, you feel like there’s no one around as you cannot see neighbors and they can’t see you (although we met them and they are very welcoming and friendly!). The air conditioning in each of the rooms makes the holidays in the hot country a lot easier to survive :) There’s also tv in each of the rooms… Each of the bedrooms has its own bathroom. Stone BBQ is available and beautiful dining spot in olive garden. Kids enjoyed swinging on the swing, playing table tennis and darts and jumping on a small trampoline. We visited Pine Beach in Pakostane (sandy, with sun loungers although there’s none available around noon so you better get there early…), Crvena Luka in Biograd na Moru with clear waters and sandy/stony shore. Both highly recommended as not crowded. You have to pay either for the entrance or for the parking but if you don’t like crowds, it’s worth it.

− It wasn’t an issue for us but you need a car to shop for food (the nearest supermarket is 10-15 min drive away) although there’s a smaller, local market 5-7 min drive away and bakery and fruits/vegetables/honey/olive stalls available locally. A van with basic food products comes to the village regularly so there’s an option :) You need about 20–30 min to get to a beach, but the advantages of the beautiful house and swimming pool pays back for it all! If you need a break form hassle of a busy life - this place gives you a proper rest from it as it’s surrounded by pure nature…
