10.0A beautiful cottage in a quiet location, but within easy access of places to visit. It was spotlessly clean and warm and cosy. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. Two bathrooms, one on each level was very useful. It had the added benefit of its own private garden with a table and chairs. The hosts were welcoming and helpful.
− The windows in the twin bedroom didn’t open.

Lovely Stay
10.0Location was excellent as we were going to Chatsworth House for the Christmas Markets. Surrounded by farms and fields though 5 min drive to local pub that served fabulous food (ate there twice!). Acorn Cottage had everything, really well thought out, felt like a home from home. Veronica and Jo left us some local produce from their farm, including sausages, which were delicious! Clear instructions in the house, clear directions and responsive to queries - thank you! We all enjoyed our stay, wonderful!
