A lovely historic cottage set in beautiful rural surroundings with the pretty town of Bampton nearby
10.0We loved the host, the home and the location. We had car problems on arrival and our host helped us out enormously with contacting locals to help us out as well as driving us places. She went above and beyond what was expected of her and we really appreciated having a friendly local in a place we were unfamiliar with.

9.0Lovely rooms and facilities. Loved the huge, well equipped kitchen. Water always hot and superb pressure in the showers.
− Definitely need a car. Was a drive even into Bampton.

8.0The host was very friendly: welcoming us when we arrived. She provided great recommendations of places to eat and responded quickly via text to any questions we had. It was really nice to have toiletries sets in every room and to have all the essentials provided plus a welcome pack of shortbread biscuits and milk in the fridge was an added bonus. Having a washing machine (with washing tabs provided) meant we also didn't need to worry about running out of clothes and our swimmers could be washed before we returned home. The shower pressure was also incredible!
