8.0Location to Coombe Lodge for a Wedding was excellent, nice and spacious.
− Smell of urine in bathroom due to their being carpet. Was pretty stained around the bottom of the toilet.

7.0Cottage in a beautiful woodland setting. Very private garden. Ideal for staying near to Coombe Lodge for a wedding.

6.0Location perfect.
− Cottage smelt musty, and the toilet carpet smelt or urine! The windows had no window locks key. The outside bins were overfull with rubbish as was the glass box of recycling. There no toilet rolls, arrived 24hrs into our 48hr visit! There was mould in places around the bath and the towels were very small. There were rusty kitchen knives on a magnetic holder. The doormat was just in a heap inside the entrance and looked dirty!

− No tea cups or mugs or tea spoons garden furniture was broken and double bed had a terrible mattress no good for the back
Very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend.
9.0Perfect for a couple. Very well kitted out with everything we needed. Perfect location for us as we were attending a wedding at coombe lodge and it was less than five minute walk through the footpath.
− My only criticism is that the bed needs a new mattress. It was quite lumpy.
