− Visto che la casa può ospitare 7 persone , servirebbe qualche stoviglia in più in cucina e un tavolo più grande.

5.0Location was great for what we needed. Plenty of space in the house
− No cleaning implements needed a broom. More cutlery, glasses. House was not very clean in places. Needs some TLC in maintenance full of spiders. Needs more seating and tables. The seating provided was very wobbly.

− Issues with cleaning not being done meant porperty wasn’t ready for 24 hours with no notice before check in, alternative eventually supplied by property company after numerous phone calls 1 bedroom had the blinds removed so no curtains or blinds in that bedroom window

If the guest gives short notice of a late check-out, or if our cleaners are already en route or on-site but unable to proceed with cleaning, due to a guest remaining at the property, a GBP 35 per hour late check-out fee will be incurred in addition to the cleaning fee.
Quiet hours after 23:00. Breach of quiet hours will result in a fee.

The property has a strict no-smoking policy. If signs of smoking cause damage, an additional fee will be incurred.
Upon access, a list of waste management rules will be provided. If these are not followed, a fee will be charged.
