Location was brillaint, two steps to the beach. Lovely sandy beach and clear water. Perfect for swimming. 5 mins walk to typical Greek restaurants and bars. Not touristy. Good bus service. Stunning little village. Property was excellent. Fully equipped. Air con. Yiannis and Helen were extremely helpful. Lots of space. Seating at the front and rear and on the roof top sun terrace. Lots of sun beds. Will definitely be back.

− The music from the hotel next door was beyond the control of Vila Inspiration but I got used to it. Very peaceful apart from that.

We LOVED this property! The huge front porch was our favorite place to relax and watch the sunset. The beds were comfortable and it was perfect for my family of 3. We could easily walk to the grocery store and restaurants. And having a washing machine to wash our clothes was a bonus!

One could not wish for a better location! Quite noisy with motorcycles the main culprits.

Location was amazing. The veranda/patio was the highlight. Parking for car on the property. Washing Machine.

− Place cluttered with too much furniture. The house could do with a spring cleaning - a lot of dust on old books and room dividers for example Towels really old and snagged.

Perfect house situated a stone's throw from the beach

We really enjoyed staying at this house as it is in such a perfect location just off the beach and the owner was very friendly. We loved being able to walk onto the beach, have a swim and then shower back at the house. When we weren't swimming, we spent most of our time either on the lovely terrace at the front of the house or up on the roof terrace. Everything was fine in the house and the air conditioning worked well. I would definitely recommend this property as it exceeded our expectations.

Charming village, no big hotels, very friendly owner.

This is an old family house (built 1961) literally across the road from the beach. The position could not be better. There are restaurants along the waterfront to left and right. The village has a small supermarket plus a shop where you can buy fresh pastries and bread. There is a big terrace in front of the house and a roof terrace with loungers and umbrellas. The property has a big garden with plenty of shade trees. Iannis, the owner, has a little hut at the back of the property if you need him. He speaks good English and it is very much worth your while to chat with him. He is a retired music teacher who now devotes himself to composing classical music. Kini has a lot of cats. There is a scheme for feeding the cats so they all look plump and contented and don't pester you when you are eating! There are plenty of walks in the hills. Everybody you meet has a friendly word.

− The shower room is on the small side but there is nothing else to complain about.

Perfect beachside location and amenities

The villa was perfect for our holiday. Across the road from the beach with an outdoor shower to rinse off and a roof terrace to dry off (and watch the amazing sunset). The front terrace was perfect for dining and watching the world go by. The itself villa was charming, old fashioned with high ceilings and close to everything we needed. A superb location with 3 beaches in walking distance and close to a wide variety of beachfront restaurants. I would highly recommend if you like an easy going beachside holiday.
