− 이 숙소는 부킹닷컴을 통해 예약했던 숙소 중에서 최악이었다. 최악이었던 점에 대해서 책을 쓸 수도 있지만 간단히 정리하면 (1) 더럽다. 위생 상태가 최악이다. 침대 시트는 남이 사용한 로션 냄새와 맨소래담 냄새로 악취가 났다. (2) 화장실이나 기타 공간에 날파리가 날아다니고, 모기가 들어왔는데 이와 관련된 스프레이나 방충제가 하나도 구비되어 있지 않았다. (3) 가구들은 낡았고 홍보용 사진과 달리 의자의 패브릭이 찢어져 있었다. 단연코 200만원을 상회하는 가격의 숙소는 아니라고 본다. 이러한 이유에서 환불불가 조치를 해놓은 것으로 보인다. (4) 마지막으로 이러한 숙소의 단점들 (침대 시트 악취나 가구와 낙후된 상태) 을 숙소측에 항의했으나, 사진을 찍어 보내라는 등 자신들은 잘못한 것이 없다는 태도로 일관했는데 불친절하기가 그지 없었다. 다시는 이 곳을 선택하지도 않겠지만, 여러모로 이 곳을 선택하는 다른 여행객들이 설명이나 사진에 속아서 다른 숙소보다 비싼 돈을 들여 헛고생하지 않기를 바란다. 또한 이 숙소는 환불불가 정책을 내세우고 있는데, 이는 숙소의 허름함을 보고 항의하는 사람들에게 돈을 돌려주지 않으려는 꼼수이다. 우리 가족은 결국 이 숙소가 사용할 수 없을만큼 더럽고 냄새나는 까닭에 밤 11시에 숙소를 둘러보고는 그대로 나와서 다른 호텔을 급히 예약하여 여행에 지친 몸을 쉬었다. 거기서 잤다가는 병에 걸릴 것 처럼 냄새나고 더러웠기 때문이다. 우리 같은 경험을 하는 사람들이 다시는 생기지 않았으면 좋겠다. This was by far the worst accommodation we’ve ever booked through Booking.com. I could write a book about how terrible it was, but to summarize briefly: It was dirty. The hygiene conditions were unacceptable. The bed sheets smelled strongly of someone else's lotion and a menthol-like odor (similar to Mentholatum), which was nauseating. There were fruit flies in the bathroom and other areas, and mosquitoes had entered the unit. Yet, there were no sprays or insect repellents provided. The furniture was old and worn out. Unlike the promotional photos, the fabric on the chairs was torn. There is absolutely no way this place is worth over 2 million KRW. The "non-refundable" policy seems to be in place precisely because they know people would want to complain and get their money back. Lastly, when we raised these serious issues—such as the foul-smelling bed sheets and the deteriorated furniture—the host refused to take any responsibility and instead insisted we send photos, maintaining a defensive and unfriendly attitude throughout. When we followed up with a detailed complaint, they unilaterally stopped responding and cut off all communication.

A great place for a large group in Canmore.

The house was well equipped for cooking and had plenty of space.

− The garage was being used as storage and made parking difficult. The carpets were stained and many of the batteries in the remotes were not working.
