The house size is just fit for our needs. Got everything we needed. Very near to city centre. Clean and tidy. The host is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay there.

This is a beautifully presented cottage. It is clean and tidy, has very good facilities and is in a good location. The owner is friendly and accommodating.

Nothing to improve here

Great little bach - we enjoyed our stay and would use again.

Great location, property was very clean and tidy. Off street parking for 3 cars, which was great. Nice quiet neighborhood but also very close to Napier to city and Ahuriri. Information booklet in the property was really helpful also.

Might be nice to have some lawn or fake lawn at the back for the doggies (it could be hosed down). The couches were quite uncomfortable to sit on.

A lovely little cottage. Very clean and neat. Kitchen was very well equipped. A very friendly and helpful host. Really good communication and very complete information was left in a folder including how to use all the appliances.

The cottage is quaint and well appointed and very clean in a quiet suburban neighbourhood with parking off street in front yard. A couple of small issues for other travellers to be aware of that didn't bother us - there is no laundry facilities, another is the toilet is through the bathroom. So if the bathroom is being used and you aren't family, you need to wait. Also shower is over the bath, which might be an obstacle for older travellers with mobility issues. We also were not familiar with Napier and the neighbourhood is on a very steep hill and narrow street so not really a walkable distance to anywhere, so a car is needed to get a coffee or groceries. Good instructions were left in a folder and you meet the host on check in to collect the keys. We weren't sure about the recycling though, being from overseas we need labels on containers to know what is what. At the time of our stay the TV was not a smart tv and was connected to a set top box, which we found complicated to use, even with instuctions, and regularly lost the signal to the wi-fi so wasn't watchable. You also have to be careful coming in and out of the drive, as this is in the suburbs, with neighbours parking cars out front very very close to the drive in a narrow street. A blockout blind on the front bedroom window would help blocking out the very bright street light out front. Not really negatives but good for others to be aware of.

Nothing was 'unlikeable' .
