10.0Соотношение цена-качество. Все удобства: кухня, два санузла , 3 спальни. На кухне есть все необходимое. Кровати- матрасы удобные. Спасибо хозяевам у нас был ранний прилет- заселили с двумя детьми раньше. Понравилось все

Owner is a liar that stole our money. Conditions are disgustingly bad. You should never stay there.

− 1. We came to the apartment that had one of the walls totally wet. There was a huge leak that caused it. Owner called it small. 2. There were clothing moths in every room - on every bed. The were flying on the beds and walls in bedrooms and in the living room. Owner said they are nothing to worry about and the are because of the weather. Pathetic… 3. The lock on the front door broke upon the arrival. Now the story. We came in and settled down, but when we discovered moths we called the owner and said we cannot stay there. We had expensive clothing for the competition that we could loose. He agreed to give us our money back and said to contact the Booking.com. We didn’t stay there more that 3 hours (we had booking for 3 nights) and we didn’t have place to spend the night. Booking’s support is unprofessional and disgusting. They didn’t want to help us at all and their only advice was to write a review… The owner is a liar that is not picking up the calls anymore. He’s stolen 464£ from us. I highly recommend to stay anywhere but here. We’ve learned that it is better to spend more money for a normal hotel. Learn on our mistakes and do not repeat them.
