South Coast family time!
8.0This is a beautiful house in a magnificent location. The house has a well thought out design, and is fitted out with good quality appliances. The house looks very attractive, is very comfortable and is perfectly sized for two families of 4 to holiday together.
− Although we had a great stay, there were a few things worth being aware of for future visitors. The key collection is in Narooma which means you need to allow time for this on arrival (say 15-20 mins if arriving from the north). Likewise on departure you'll need to drive to the agency to return them. Fresh linen is laid out, but you will need to make all the beds and I think you're expected to strip them on departure. Pre arrival messages suggested we should bring our own soap and toilet paper, but in fact this was all provided. There are great bike paths and mountain bike trails nearby. If you are planning to eBike be aware they don't allow you to charge your batteries inside the house. We were very happy that there seemed to be a downstairs area where the children could spend time in the mornings and allow the adults a sleep in. It turned out that the downstairs TV wasn't functioning during our stay which meant that the kids would migrate upstairs first thing. Yawn.

− There is a few holes in the fly screen which resulted insects coming into the house. otherwise all is very good.
