2.0− The property had several cleanliness issues dirty towels dirty pillow protectors. No protectors, dirty oven dirty items to cook with dirty drawers where all cutlery and cooking pans and utensils were. Stained toilet seats dirty magazines left with chewing gum left in them Windows had several hand and nose prints The showers needed a good clean

This is a lovely property and I would not hesitate to recommend it to friends and family groups.
10.0The modern upside down house was spotless. Three bedrooms on the ground floor and one single bedroom off the lounge. It is in a central position for exploring the North Norfolk coast and towns. We loved the open plan living space on the first floor.
− There was a lovely garden space but it was a pity it was not cared for so outside dining was not really an option, if the weather had been better. It only needed the grass to be cut, so I am being really fussy here and can't honestly find anything wrong with this new property.
