Great location. But definitely not Brand New!
6.0Location was exceptional. Easy walk to the beach and all the restaurants. Lots of space in the house to spread out. Comfortable beds. Good AC.
− It’s definitely not Brand New, despite being advertised as such. There are new floors and potentially some newish appliances, but the house itself is pretty old. Lots of creaks and squeaks. The bathrooms are seriously old and could use a remodel. Shower is a tired handheld. Kitchen is fine, but could also use a remodel. Downstairs could use some furniture to make it more usable instead of a lot of wide open space.

9.0What a beautiful place! Located in a fantastic location, with gorgeous views, spacious living areas, balconies everywhere, exceptional welcome with host and fresh garden goods—It was quite comfortable and serene!
− The house has 3 bathrooms. 1 with shower and one with shower/tub. Although for Greece restrooms are usually on the smaller side, the restrooms in the property are nice but could maybe use small updates here and there. If a 3rd shower could be added, 3 different couples could utilize the space together. But everything else was beautiful!
