10.0Clean and Spacious! Clean and well looked after property. Comfy beds in good sized rooms, a walk in shower, all very clean and fresh smelling. A big thanks to the staff who were quick to respond and help us check in.

− Dirty, there was a toe nail in bathroom and dust hanging off the ceiling. There was a dirty used ear plug in the upstairs main bedroom. Kitchen didn’t look clean either. The bathroom window was locked open and key wasn’t anywhere- when I asked the host where it was they never answered my question just proceeded to assure me no one could get in the window when infact the gap opens up wide enough for someone to fit in and that we were in a safe area when I have lived in hindley all my life and know that it can be rough. The fridge stunk and the heating was set to 2 hours on maximum which is frustrating at night as it was freezing and we would go to sleep and wake up cold. When paying over 200 pounds for 2 nights I expect to be able to shut the bathroom window when I please and be in a clean warm enviroment.

− Parking on the road a bit tight when someone parks on the opposite side of the road, although they did say parking was also at the back but pàthat was unclear as to where.

8.0The serenity and arrangement of the house. In addition to facilities provided to cook, wash and relax. The internet service was superb
− The fact that the team made sure that an amount was debited from my deposit. This was a case of just one wrong item in the waste bin which could be taken out and placed in the right bin by the cleaner, yet I was debited £15! This to me is unfair!
