Cabin host very nice friendly and helpful. Easy check in and out. Overpriced needs updating.

− needs updating. Broken chair on back porch. Lightbulbs missing in the bedroom and front porch. Very dark inside and updates needed. Ripped old chair in upstairs where guests needed to put their bags.
The staff is very friendly. They are excellent.

The maintenance personnel did respond in a timely manner and our concern was properly addressed.
8.0Location and proximity to the Mogollion Rim.
− The heaters don’t work properly and the heater vent was dirty. Also, we had to request assistance at night due to burning electrical smell that was caused by the heater.
