− No net curtains or blinds covering windows in upstairs bedrooms. No bins in bedrooms. Steep , narrow stairs. Hot water ran out after first shower. Outside garden chairs needed cleaning to be used. No manual for washer/dryer. No stool for vanity unit in second bedroom.

10.0This is a gorgeous house. It had everything we needed for our stay in Lincoln. It’s in a quiet area but is within an easy 10 minute walk to Lincoln Cathedral, the castle, steep hill etc. We had a lovely plum loaf as a welcome gift and milk in the fridge too. The sofa and bed were comfortable and a lovely shower. Easy to communicate with the host.
