9.0النظافة بشكل عام , الاسره مريحه جداً , موقع المكان جمييل جدا.
− انتشار الوزغ برغم انه قليل " لأن صديقي يعاني من فوبيا شديدة" اداوت المطبخ تحتاج الى تجديد

10.0المنزل واسع عبارة عن غرفتين و صالة ومطبخ وحمام في الدور السفلي، ثم الدور الأرضي والأول، يعني عبارة 3 أدوار تكفي الى 12 شخص بعدد الاسرة المتوفرة. المكان هادئ جدا بعيد عن الشارع الرئيسي يمكن الوصول له مشي ، لكن موقع ممتاز بعيد عن الضوضاء، اصحاب الفيلا متعاونين جدا وسريعين الاستجابة احتجنا عدة الشوي وتم توفيرها خلال ساعة. المنطقة المحيطة طبيعة خضراء . فبالتالي راح تكثر الحشرات، يحتاج فقط اخذ الاحتياطات مثلا: إغلاق الأبواب وخاصة غرف النوم اول ب اول، استخدام بودرة النمل كل 3 ايام، إغلاق النوافذ او أبواب الحمامات عشان ما تدخل مع شبابيك الحمامات. كذا راح تكونون مرتاحين. بخصوص النظافة نظيفة الفيلا لكن تحتاج عناية دقيقة اكثر. السعر يعتبر مرة ممتاز مقابل المساحة. احب اشكر صاحب الفيلا على التعاون والخدمة والله يبارك لهم في رزقهم
