The backyard and the amount of rooms The realty we’re great

− Unfortunately sorry we had police every day in street The pillows had hair all over them and linen supplied (which we have never paid for before in any country or hotel especially for the money we paid ) was dirty !

We were not happy considering the fee were charged

− Frangipani Cottage, position was lovely unfortunately our stay was spoiled as the advertisement should have stated, older style cottage and noted there were 7 sets of stairs. We experienced multiple power failures day 1 and day 2. Totally inconvenient to say the least. R E agency was helpful sending along an electrician to check power failure causes and replace missing globes in lamps, finally fixed end of second day. The agent informed us we should not have overloaded the power sauce, hinting it was our problem. so it seems to me if you want to turn on heaters (provided) you cant turn on the fridge or dishwasher or microwave.

The view was great - it was wonderful to wake up to look out over the lake and watch the sunset. The kitchen was well-equipped, furniture was comfortable and there was plenty of it. It was easy to walk to the shops, There were 3 coffee shops/cafes to choose from nearby, restaurants and bars. Narooma itself is very scenic and perfectly located to go sight-seeing west, north and south. An excellent holiday that the house adequately supported.

− The only criticism was the fact that we searched online for a suitable pet-friendly location. We applaud the owner for making this property available for us and our pet. However, (only) when we arrived we were informed by the RE agent that the back yard had a "damaged fence and there had been an issue with the 'dog' next door entering the yard". The "fence" on that side is inadequate and made from a pile of junk - not a fence per-se. The three VERY LARGE and aggressive dogs barked quite ferociously and gave us quite a shock in the morning - but did not enter. I would not trust any dog with those neighbour's pets. The owner should build a proper fence between the properties for the safety of humans and animals alike. The large rear yard as it stands is virtually a no-go zone. However, we did not allow this to upset our stay - as there were plenty of areas to walk on a lead out the front.
