9.0Nice upper floor of a house in a good location in Oakland. Within walking distance you'll find everything, including the subway station Rockridge with direct trains to San Francisco. We didn't have a car during our stay and it was no problem at all. My wife appreciated the coffee machine a lot and we also liked to have breakfast next to the kitchen in the small room with the table.

10.0Great space for big group. Perfect and safe location, close to RockRidge BART station, Trader Joe’s, cafes stores and restaurants. Clean functional kitchen & laundry, shower with good water pressure, WiFi, paid parking in the property. Fast response & great communication with owner.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in Berkeley- perfect location to walk to College Ave but not too close to the campus
10.0The location, the cleanliness, and space/admenities (kitchen, laundry, and dining area). Communication was very easy with the owner, and check-in/out was very simple!
− The floors do squeak very easily on the 2nd floor, so we did feel like any movement we made in the house would be heard by the downstairs tenants. The beds are a little worn so they sag on the sides but still slept great!
