Spacious rooms Fabulous location We were able to park all 3 cars outside Accessible bedroom & bathroom with own kitchen Wonderful welcome pack House felt well kept and clean

− Wobbly Coffee pot - dangerous TV turned on and off of its own accord (during night and during FIFA game)! First floor toilet door doesn’t lock Top floor bathroom fanlight doesn’t stay open and it gets hot up there. Shame about courtyard - not very welcoming (not really a garden) Note: Top bedroom not suitable for kids or tall adults (ceiling height & steep stairs)

De ligging, de ruimtes, de faciliteiten, de locatie in het dorp. Zeer geschikt voor een grote groep. Wij verbleven met 11 personen

− Voor 11 volwassenen is de eettafel wat krap en minder comfortabel als je langer wil tafelen, de bankjes zijn praktisch maar minder comfortabel. Verder is een verbeterpunt om de buitenruimte schoon te maken. Nu was alles onder de alg, bladeren en meeuwenpoep waardoor we geen gebruik hebben gemaakt van deze faciliteit

Very clean and homely house, everything you would need for your stay is provided and plenty of room to not be on top of each other a bonus with 6 adults and 6 children. Very close to the beach and lots of lovely cafes and pubs within walking distance. I liked the fact I had a call from Lyme Bay rentals on the first day to check all ok, I mentioned the kettle not working properly and another brand new one was delivered whilst we we were out. Great service.

− Not a criticism of the property and not a lot the owners can do but there was a rather large cat over the back that used the small area of artificial grass as its personal toilet! Glad we didn’t need to use the garden area.
