− The mechanical code for the door key didnt function, called McKenzey stays, the managing company, nobody answered, at two phone numbers! Took us an hour to get in! At least answer at check in hours!

8.0Plenty of comfortable beds for a family and a living room with 2 sofas. A large outdoor area nice enough for a picnic.
− The bathroom from the 1960's is in desperate need of remodeling.

9.0This was by far the best equipped place we have stayed in in New Zealand. It is older, but had everything we needed. It's close to the centre of town with a lovely yard.
− Bathroom is small, with shower over the bath.

− Was shocked to receive a message a day before the trip by the host that body wash and shampoo are not provided. This is a first time experience out of all my stays world wide. We have to scrambled to grab the bottles into our luggages beforehand. The message also highlighted that a small supply of toilet papers will be provided only. It still caught me off guard on the supply provided for my family of 4 over 2 nights where we seriously need to stinge. Will be good to supply salt and pepper in kitchen. These are small little things, but it add up to a totally different experience, if u know what I mean...
