Casa legal, porém precisando de alguns reparos e manutenção.
7.0Condominio bem organizado e seguro. A localização foi como anunciado. Anfitrião atencioso. Casa boa, cozinha equipada e ambientes legais. Piscina foi bem cuidada. Os quartos acomodam bem. Os Ar condicionado tudo funcionou. Internet supriu.
− A casa precisa de manutenção e de algumas reformas. Nao tem banheiro na área da piscina, vc tem que usar dentro da casa. O chuveiro da piscina so tem agua qdo tem agua da rua. Churrasqueira pequena mas nos supriu. Apareceu uma pingueira no quarto atrás da brinquedoteca que deve ter sido acúmulo de agua na varanda do quarto de cima devido uma chuva que deu. Entre outros detalhes.

9.0Da casa muito linda, ampla, muita claridade e bem ventilada. Localização em condomínio fechado com muita segurança. Tem uma área externa muito boa com piscina, televisão, sofas extremamente confortáveis. O Anfitrião muito solicito e educado.
− Apenas um probleminha com falta de água no último dia, mas acredito que será facilmente resolvido.
