Decorated with large wine barrels on the exposed stone walls, the games room includes billiards, a sofa and a flat-screen TV on the wall. The living room and dining room are separated, and bedrooms have antique style wrought-iron beds and furnishings. The kitchen has a fireplace and all the utensils to prepare meals, which can be enjoyed outdoors. Barbecue facilities are available as well. Breakfast is self catering and includes the following ingredients: Favaios regional bread, milk, juice, water, Nespresso coffee, ham, cheese, regional jams, sugar, chocolate powder, teas and butter. Younger guests can enjoy the kids pool area in the 39 ft x 20 ft swimming pool. Sun shades, sun loungers and chairs surround the pool, allowing guests to enjoy the sun.

Un séjour comme chez mamie mais en version deluxe

L'hébergement est immense et très bien équipé. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et la cuisine et énorme. Aussi la salle-à-manger fait rappeler le temps des rois. A l'intérieur de la maison on se sent comme dans un musée ou comme chez nos grands-parents. Des souvenirs très agréables reviennent. Les alentours sont également superbes et très bien entretenus. Superbe terrasse avec une vue splendide et une piscine énorme et très jolie.

− L'accès à Castedo et à l'hébergement est un peu difficile. Dans le village même il y a pas de possibilité d'acheter quoi que ce soit. Dommage qu'il n'y a pas de boulangerie dans le village. On a passé notre séjour où il faisait plus 30 degrés et l'hébergement n'est pas climatisé. On était conscient de cela mais c'est un petit bémol. L'hôte a mis 3 ventilateurs à dispositions et le soir les températures baissées considérablement pour pouvoir rafraîchir la maison. La deuxième nuit était alors nettement plus agréable
