7.0Die Nähe zum Strand…
− Leider war die Wohnung (Erdgeschoss) auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern, incl. Rolladen, sehr hellhörig, sowohl vom Verkehr von draußen, als auch innerhalb des Hauses. Es gab leider auch keine Klima-Anlage…
Tolle Lage in Strandnähe
9.0Toplage, Parken vor der Tür, Ausstattung gut
− Man bekommt einen Schlüssel für das Apartment und einen Code für die Haustür. Allerdings kann man das Haus nur verlassen, wenn man einen Chip an die Tür hält. Das ist sehr umständlich, wenn verschiedene Personen zu verschiedenen Zeiten das Haus verlassen wollen. Für jede Wohnung gibt es nämlich nur einen Chip. Bei uns hat das Schloss mehrfach nicht funktioniert. Einmal mussten wir sogar die Vermieter rufen, weil wir weder ins Haus rein noch aus dem Haus rauskamen. Sie öffneten die Tür mit einem Spezialschlüssel. Im Falle eines Notfalls (z.B. Brand) sicher nicht optimal, wenn man das Haus nicht fluchtartig verlassen kann.. Das ist aber der einzige Kritikpunkt, alles andere war sehr gut.

− Beperkt lichtinval, niet heel sfeervolle buitengelegenheid tuin/patio/dakterras
Buena ubicación mobiliario muy básico baño pequeño

− Los muebles demasiado básicos demasiado ikea no hay ni donde recargar la maleta ni ropero el baño demasiado pequeño. No me volvería a hospedar con uds
