Overall we enjoyed our stay at the cottage.
8.0The location was excellent and the kitchen was well equipped. A washing machine was a bonus. The owner gave us excellent recommendations about good coffee and pastries nearby which we sampled a couple of times.
− There were two bedrooms without bedside lamps and one bedroom has 6 down lights which made it so bright that it was difficult to read. We had difficulty with unlocking the back door and had to walk around the block and go in the front. The screen door also stuck. We realise the property is on the market but some attention to these issues will make for a more stress free stay for visitors in the future.

6.0− Information on fourth bedroom being separate from house. Promised second set of keys not included Loose lock on back door made difficult trying to access house when exiting the fourth bedroom. Maybe a spare toilet roll instead of very minimal amount left on roll

1.0Nothing , after 1000k scooter trip , 20 minutes before arrival I got a text message saying the booking had been cancelled due to previous tenants, numerous phone calls , not answered, left messages , not replying, and now 6 days later no money returned -absolutely descustin I will never use this company again

We got upgraded at the last minute to a 2nd property in Mudgee owned by the same person. The new house was exceptional,
