Excellent, authentic stone house at a very nice location with a very nice sea view.
10.0I think this is the best possible place and house in Chios. It really exceeded our expectations. Location is perfect! Just a minute away from the sandy Karfas Beach. If you travel there when the sea temperatures are not very high, Karfas is the best place to swim as its water is warmer than others. The view of the house was exceptional! It has a beautiful sea view from every part of the house. This is a 2 story stone house. Actually it has 2 separate flats. There are 2 rooms in each floor. On each floor, there a twin bed in one bedroom and 2 small bed (sofalike) on the other room. There is a small kitchen with nice and clean kitchen appliances. In front of it, there is a patio with table and chairs. Lidl and My Market was few minutes away. We bought our food and prepared nice breakfasts and dinners on the lovely patio. The house is on the side of a hill very close to Karfas beach in the middle of greens and trees. There is nothing in front of the house except for trees and sea, so it has a great privacy and you feel like you are totally alone in the nature yet it is minutes away from the civilization so you don’t feel scared at all. The owner Margarita is a lovely lady. We also rented our car from her son Kostas. Everything was so convenient and nice.
− There are little bugs and flies here and there as the house is in the nature but those doesn’t bother you at all. Although I get scared from bugs a lot, those ones didn’t bother me at all.

9.0The location amongst the olive terraces overlooking a small monastery to the Aegean was perfect ! Quiet yet convenient. The house was delightful and Margarita was such a thoughtful , helpful host. We loved it .

Great spot for peace and privacy seekers
10.0Great spot for peace and privacy seekers, away from everything. Cant forget the view from both porches. Very spacious, can easily hold 2 families. Feels very detached but also very close to the beach where you can find markets, restaurants and other attractions. And Margarita is a very kind and welcoming host.
− Bees and geckos can be seen around. Consider if you're highly sensitive.
