5.0− Die Wohnung ist relativ ungepflegt. Unsauber gereinigt, das Bett knarrt extrem und ist unbequem, die Einrichtung ziemlich alt und verschlissen und teilweise defekt. Die Vermieter nebenan sind relativ laut, gebrauchte Bettwäsche wird auf dem Geländer zum Sitzplatz zum Lüften aufgehängt. Ein Ärgernis.
