Quite nice, but the listing suggests a bit more than it actually is.
6.0Being at the top of the village meant it was quiet and with a lovely view of the sea and Mochlos island. Kitchen was very well fitted out with everything you could need. Sweet terrace with shade. Owner was very communicative even though we didnt meet.
− Apartment layout not great as the bed is cramped in a raised corner (the hottest part of the home) and the large room is mostly occupied by a sofa & dining table, both of which are not really necessary on a summer holiday (the terrace table is better for that) The shower was extremely inconvenient, especially for anyone unable to use both hands (as one of us was). It is hand held (why no wall bracket??) and is cramped in a tiny corner with a curtain. House is up a (short) steep rough road so you may not be able to get your car to the door. Just pointing out these things for anyone not completely able bodied. Compared to other properties we stayed in in Crete, it was quite overpriced for how it is presented (especially the bathroom). It could be a really nice home if these points could be considered!
