The property is in a great location. Peaceful and pleasant with easy access to Penrith and the Lakes. Very well equipped with everything you could need. Comfortable beds and lovely white towels. Great communication from the owner.

Perfect location and much larger than we expected
− Lovely hosts, made us feel really welcome. Communication was great and we even decided to stay another day which we negotiated quickly and without hassle. Has all the facilities you’d need for a great holiday in the lakes.

Wonderful setting and lovely cottage not far from Ullswater.

Like home from home. Lovely bright decor. Friendly neighbours. So clean. Lots of equipment in the kitchen. Welcoming for dogs.
− Only tiny issue was the linked back gardens made me anxious about the the dogs being out the back. Thankfully the neighbour was v kind about my pup trying to stick his nose into her kitchen!

House was classy and comfy. Village location was beautiful and quiet with dog walks on your doorstep, with amenities of Penrith minutes away. Characterfull local pub was a boon. Ullswater minutes away as well. Perfect.
