10.0The house met all of our needs, as there was the option to use outdoor equipment and play board games, among other activities, in case the weather wasn’t suitable
Didnt feel comfy because it was not clean
4.0- Location: beach front - spacious house
− - the house was not clean - spiderwebs everywhere, lots of dead flys - half of the lightbulbs didnt work anymore - recycling trash from previous guests was not disposed of - house desperatly needs update
Great location, but overpriced (oldish) house
7.0Location of the house is superb. The beach is just down a few steps outside the backyard.
− - The house was fairly dirty on our arrival, with spiderwebs everywhere (not an issue of cleaning better, but rather cleaning more) - The house could use an update. For instance, half the lamps in the house were burned or not working. - Heater was not really available through the whole house, so in winter/spring expect cold bathrooms. - A person showed up unannounced to cut the grass. - Overall, while the location of the house is great, the house is very expensive for what it offers.
