It was big enough to accommodate my big family

− Not clean!!! I honestly don’t think the have professional cleaners go through the house before each booking. Table tennis was broken and no net, we ended up buying a net to keep all our children entertained. No wifi & one of the beds upstairs is broken.

Good size rooms to accommodate 20+ people

− Fridge not working. One double bed mattress uncomfortable and almost good to be thrown away. One couple could not sleep and they have sleep in lounge room.

Good facilities but not a good vibe for relaxation

The property is well set up for a large family group with 7 bedrooms. There are two living areas- one up and one downstairs and a small second kitchen downstairs meaning there's two good sized fridges which really helps. The configuration of beds and bedrooms made it easy to fit our family groups with some privacy.

− The communication from and at the property feels threatening and unfriendly. eg. you'll have funds taken from your bond if you leave clean dishes in the dishwasher, or if you don't put the bins out on their due day (but there's no notice about what day they're due, so we put them out anyway- just in case). And we had to clean the house thoroughly- we always clean up after ourselves, but the implication here is that we do the job that you'd expect the cleaners to do - but the broom left was ruined and there was no brush and pan. You need to provide your own linen. If this was understood from the beginning, fair enough, but we were notified two days prior in an informational email.

overall ok, and for the purpose of what we used it for ok. the house itself is screaming for some upgrades and maintenan
