10.0The owner was very accommodating. Answered all my questions promptly. I was given a code for the door and all security information, as well as shopping and local information of interest. I was visiting my brother and family and, after arriving in the area, decided to stay at his home rather than at this property. I advised the owner and thanked him for his understanding. He was most kind and encouraged me to use the property if I chose to do so. This was an excellent experience, and just judging by the interaction I had with the owner, I am quite sure if I had used the property, I would have been most satisfied.

10.0It was very clean and it provided way more than we needed! My daughter loved that there were puzzles and games for us to utilize. It's proximity to the mountain and grocery store as well as great restaurants was perfect.
