Eine sehr schöne Finka für eine große Familie in toller Lage nah zum Strand und der Promenade. Viele kleine Sparläden ganz in der Nähe und der Carrefour ist auch nicht so weit. Die Finka ist sehr großzügig eingerichtet, der Pool ist ein Traum. Die Hosts sind sehr aufmerksam und sympathisch!

Nice choice for stay with big family or friends

Really great location for this price. Large villa with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is very good that sleeping area (bedrooms) is located in opposite side of villa than kitchen and living room. So whoever was waking up early didn't bother others in the morning. Big kitchen with a bit old equipment, but we didn't face any problems. Dishwasher and washing machine are working well. Clear and nice garden with very clean pool and big space for sunbeds on artificial grass. Outdoor shower is close to the pool. Close distance to the beach (5-7 minutes max) and 15 minutes walking to big supermarket (Carrefour).

− The is no air conditioner in living room and kitchen, only in bedrooms. So when it's hot - you can feel it and conditioners from bedrooms won't help much. There are few fans, but they won't really make air cooler when it's 30+. No other issues we faced or can mention.

The property has plenty of space, our group of 6 ladies had ample room, 3 twin rooms, one double/king bed, 3 shower rooms, large open dining living area and kitchen with dishwasher/ washing machine/ microwave/ oven/ fridge. Kitchen exterior door leads to patio with table and chairs which is ideal for meals or generally just sitting chatting about the day. Take bug spray, Mosquitos are rife. You can hear some music from the local hotels but it’s generally not in late, some noise from other holidaymakers in the local area but nothing that will keep you up. The pool is to the rear of the property, a welcome relief to the heat, the sun circles the back garden which does give small areas of shade for those that want time out of the sun. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, crockery and pans. There is a TV in the living room but we never switched it on. The bedrooms have AC which is brilliant. There is a washing line and washing maiden. The location of this property is great for getting around Sa Coma and Sillot, there is a bus stop within a few minutes walk to get anywhere else around the island you would like to go. You can use your card to tap in on the bus and then tap off when getting off, it’s only a few euros for most journeys,l. You can tap up to 5 people on the same card with each person getting cheaper, we went on a 20 minute bus ride to Cala Millor for a wonder around the shops, another day we went to the caves, the bus drops you off at the entrance just make sure you get the right bus as one of them only goes to the main stop in Porto Cristo and not onto the caves, bus stops have routes and times displayed and you can get on the tib.com website/app to keep you updated. I’ve got the bus from the airport to Sa Coma before which is hassle free. There is a spar shop a few minutes walk which is well stocked and has everything you need, the main supermarket is about a 15 min walk for your big shop.

The villa is plenty big enough, we are a group of six friends and all managed to have ample space for us and our things. The location of the villa is one street back from the Main Street, you could hear the music from the nearby hotel which we enjoyed listening to whilst sat on the front veranda and it never went on late. Great location for the shops, bars, restaurants and beach Pedro and Simone were great, excellent communications throughout the build up to our stay and on hand throughout our visit if we needed them which we didn’t as everything was as it should be.

− Nothing we didn’t like - we are already looking to book for next year
