The location is incredible! It is right by the beach and is secluded. The courtyard is big and perfect for sunbathing and for a barbeque. Walter was very friendly and efficient and we had an amazing, relaxing time.

− There are a lot of cats in the area that get fed by the neighbour and made a bit of noise in the evening.

Nuoširdus ačiū už išskirtines atostogas. Nuostabus namų jaukumas, kiekviena detalė, kiekvienas suvenyras, kiekvienas namų kampelis sukuria harmoniją ir jausmą, kad esi namie. Be galo rūpestingi ir nuoširdūs namų šeimininkai. Jie nuolat pasiekiami per whatsapp, operatyviai atsako į kiekvieną žinutę ir visados šalia paslaugioji Elisa. Be galo jaukus miegamasis su prabangiais senoviniai baldais, patogus dušas ir tualetas.  Namuose yra viskas ko reikia, visos buities smulkmenos, virtuvės įrankiai, buitinė technika. Yra nuostabus, visiškai privatus, erdvus uždaras kiemas, grilis, papildomas kiemo dušas ir pliažas iš karto už kiemo tvoros. Nuostabiu sicilietišku dizainu įrengta virtuvė ir svetainė. Toks jausmas, kad būtum atvykęs į svečius pas artimus draugus ar giminaičius. Pliaže žmonių nėra daug. Šiek tiek daugiau jų būna savaitgalį. Bet visiškai ramu ir tylu. Barai visiškai netoli, kad juos pasiektum pėsčiomis, bet nutolę tiek, kad nesigirdi jokio triukšmo ar sklindančios muzikos.O didžiausią stebuklą dovanoja ošianti jūra... Ji visai šalia. Galima mėgautis pliažu dieną, gėrėtis saulėlydžiu vakare ir žvaigždėmis jūroje naktį. O atsidarius miegamojo langą naktį, galima girdėti jūros bangas. Nuostabi vieta, sukurta su begaline meile, todėl šie namai turi ypatingą gėrio aurą.

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in diesem Haus gehabt. Es ist eine Hälfte des Hauses, die vermietet wird und die auch aus 2 Teilen besteht. Die beiden Teile sind über den Hof gut erreichbar. Von einer Tür bis zu der anderen sind circa 10 Meter. Im ersten Teil ist das Wohnzimmer gemeinsam mit der Küche. Da haben unsere Kinder geschlafen und im 2. Teil ist das Schlafzimmer von uns (Eltern) und das Badezimmer gewesen. Die Terasse ist sehr groß, mit Sitz-, Essmöglichleiten. Es gibt einen Grill (Kohle). Man hat eigenen Parkplatz, was in Sizilien sehr vorteilhaft ist. Der Einfahrt ist etwas schwer. Besonders mit dem großen Auto braucht es Übung. Wir haben aber mit unserem VW Touran geschafft und jeden Tag trotzdem rein- und rausgefahren. Die Lage von der Unterkunft ist super, direkt am Strand. Durch das kleine Tor im Garten geht man direkt in Bikini auf den Strand. Also einmalig. Wir haben es genossen. Der Sonnenuntergang ist da sehr schön. Das Meer ist schön und sauber. Der lange Sandstrand ist sehr vorteilhaft für die Familien mit Kindern. Uns hat vor Ort Walter betreut. Er ist super nett, sehr früh uns kontaktiert, mit Informationen begleitet, bei Ankunft alles sehr gut erklärt und regionale Tipps gegeben. Wir haben uns für typisch Sizilianisches interessiert. Nach seinen Tipps haben wir das malerische Dorf Caltabelotta besucht und regionale Bauer, die Oliven anbauen, sowie Restaurant Osteria Il Grappo in Sciacca besucht. Auch andere Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Agrigents Tempeln und Scala dei Turchi waren gut erreichbar.

− Uns hat nur kleine Kaffeemaschine gefehlt. Ansonsten mit allem zufrieden.

È stata un'esperienza fantastica! La casa sulla spiaggia era proprio come speravamo, se non meglio. Siamo stati benissimo e abbiamo trascorso delle giornate indimenticabili. La posizione è perfetta per godersi il mare e la tranquillità. Consiglio vivamente questo posto a chiunque voglia vivere una vacanza da sogno. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare! Piacevolissimo soggiorno, straordinaria la posizione, veramente a due passi dal mare, una grande comodità per chi ha bambini. Walter, il ragazzo che ci accolto, davvero simpatico, gentile e disponibilissimo!

Montalbano House.was very clean, equiped with all amenities required for a super comfortable stay. Name it and it's there. The location is comfortable is you have a car. However, super comfortable to access the beach of San Marco. We were with a one year old and it was a perfect holiday to stay relax and have good quality time. Outdoor area is really nice and very comfortable to do a bbq The beach is really clean and well kept. The sunset from the best you will experience amazing sunset Pizzerias and restaurants are in walking distance overlooking the beach. Walter is very helpful
