Fab property in brilliant location. I hate sand so shingle beach was perfect, be careful if not a good swimmer as the sea goes deep quick.

− Some maintenance needed - decking on balcony needs to be replaced ,balcony glass needs cleaning. Bathroom sink unsure if there is a leak or it’s the tap floor always wet when being used. Kitchen sink foul smell of sewage when used.

The position of the house overlooking the sea beautiful! Level parking and front door straight in.

− Would have liked more shampoo in the bathroom. Really needs a screen in the shower part as it gets flooded and really slippery. Had to put alot of towels down to counteract this. Easily resolved.

Lovely bright place directly by the sea

The house is very welcoming, bright, spacious and lovelingly decorated. The terrace is wonderful with direct seaview. So relaxing 🙂 The bedrooms are nice too, the beds had the right firmness for us, it was all lovely and clean. The front bedroom opens up to its own balcony, brilliant to enjoy your morning coffee while staring out over the sea 😀 I absolutely loved the big walk-in shower room!!! There were plenty soft towels available. The kitchen has all you need to prepare some lovely food and drinks. There's an oven, microwave and the fridge was large enough for everything we had brought with us. There were even some coffee pods for the espresso machine! The living room furniture is very comfortable too. The sofa was even large enough for me to lie on and I'm 6ft! We really enjoyed our stay, I wish we could have had a few more days so I guess we need to come back another time! I would definitely recommend this lovely place!

− There are a few things that could be improved on. The outside decking definitely needs some TLC, so does the garden furniture. The paint is all flaky and sticks to your arms and hands when touching the armrests, you can easily cut yourself on the sharp edges, so perhaps they need replacement. The parasol is old, difficult to handle and the footstand was completely rusted through. The freezer needs defrosting so it can freeze properly again. As in most holiday rentals, the provided kitchen glassware mostly consisted of randomly brought back glasses from the pub which is disappointing. This place is lovely but could be spectacular with a few cosmetic improvements!

A holiday to remember for all the good reasons. Great views.

The location was excellent especially breakfast on the balcony overlooking the sea; magic! We loved the view as we entered the propderty and saw from the back door the entire sweep of the ground floor room looking out onto the patio and the sea, beyond. My wife loved the property for all those reasons and also her school friend lived not many doors away, also looking out onto the sea. She had a great holiday. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay here. The location is absolutely fantastic with beautiful sea views, and the accommodation itself is incredibly spacious. It was the perfect, relaxing environment to unwind.

− Just a couple of minor things like some tired decor/garden furniture, and a slow-draining bathroom sink that could use a quick look from maintenance.
