10.0A wonderful stay! The house was very clean, peaceful, and had a beautiful view of the river and vineyards. The host was incredibly kind, friendly, and always responsive. Thank you for your warm hospitality. We hope to visit again soon!

2.0Die Landschaft war schön und Sebnitz ist eine hübsche Stadt.
− Die Hausdame ist sehr unfreundlich, sie hat uns bereits am Tag der Anreise angemault da es wohl Unstimmigkeiten bezüglich der Buchung über booking.com gab. Im Zuge unseres Aufenthaltes sind uns dann mehrere Mängel ihrer Unterkunft offenbar geworden, die teilweise erhebliches sicherheitsrelevantes Potential haben. Fehlende Rauchmelder Notausgang bauartbedingt nicht normgerecht Kein Feuerlöscher Deckenhöhe im oberen Geschoss zu niedrig für Vermietung (laut Bauverordnung) Des Weiteren hatte die Unterkunft weitere Mängel. Küche spärlich Keine Waschmaschine Keine Badewanne Wlan sehr schwach Sanitäre Einrichtungen, Fugen verschimmelt. Terassendach an mehreren Stellen undicht Toilette im Obergeschoss undicht Toilette im Untergeschoss ungenügend befestigt Die Unterkunft wirkte generell sehr abgelebt.
