2.0− У будинку проблеми з водою - тече маленька струйка води, яка або кип`яток або холодна, відрегулювати якось її неможливо. І якщо на кухні включаєш воду, у ванній вона пропадає і навпаки. Ні в душ нормально сходити, ні посуд помити. Весь посуд був жирним, наче його не мили і просто склали у шухлядки. При вході у будинок розміщена сигналізація, яка зламалась і пищала без перестанку 24/7 так що чутно по всьому будинку. На прохання вирішити цю проблему господиня відповіла що вже був майстер, нічого не зміг зробити, тому якось так. На рахунок виду - ми очікували побачити гарний краєвид, як заявлено на фото до цього будинку. По факту ділянка дуже заросла деревами і жодних красот не видно взагалі, що було дуже неприємно, бо обирали будинок саме заради гарного виду на гори.
