− We had no hot water for 3 nights and no oven, just the elements for the entire week.

10.0Nice to arrive with welcoming touches lights and air conditioning on was refreshing. Very nice unit, all the facilities were provided, the beds were comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower and we enjoyed having a much needed relaxing soak on the tub. The location was great loved it was close to the lake as we were able to go out on the boat, the boat ramp was very easy to launch our boat, very modern ramp facilities was a plus as well. So central to Turangi and Taupo we also enjoyed the hike up to the lookout, it was a spectacular view so nice close to the unit. The outdoor area was very nice provided a lovely indoor outdoor flow and extra space to enjoy the views of the Lake and enjoy drinks and meals together, we all had a fabulous weekend. We look forward to going back for another holiday with the family. Thank you
− It rained quite heavily one night the rain was seeping through the bedroom window, the rubber seal on the window may be the problem.
