A wonderful weekend stay, exploring this area of Norfolk
9.0Lovely, quiet location. Pretty, clean and tidy cottage with decent size rooms. All facilities needed for a great self catering holiday provided. Nice local pub\ restaurant across the road. The cottage is conveniently located to explore North Norfolk coastal towns by car.
− Take care as step down into bedroom 2, is a fall hazard if you don't notice the step is there. There is no "mind step" warning.
We wanted a cuppa, but no milk left in property. We were gasping! Also only 2 coffee pods were there and we were a group

− The shower doors don’t close properly and basically the shower and tiles need upgrading. Cupboard under the sink and freezer needs a clean.
Loved it, great location to walk to Wells, great pub nearby

9.0Great location, quiet, right across road from pub, close to Wells and other towns. Comfortable beds with nice linen, well furnished and good kitchen. Good communication with owner.
− If we are being picky just a few comfy chairs for the garden would be nice
Very spacious,quiet, nice garden for dogs & only few minutes drive to Wells seaside
