10.0Our host met us at the property and talked through everything we needed to know in the house. When we spoke to her on the phone before we arrived, she offered for her husband to come and pick us up at the train station. This was so kind and we were incredibly grateful!

Good location but not without some issues.
5.0The location and size of the property was good. Its on a relataively quiet side street, parking was right outside and the village main street was very close. The house was well equiped, all the bedrooms were a good size as was the main bathroom however the the en-suite is very small for a house this size. The host was based locally so was within easy reach.
− The shower in the en-suite could not be used as we were told it wasnt draining properly, this would have posed a problem for a bigger party size as it can sleep. Clealiness was an issue, the bath was dusty and had spiderwebs in it despite being cleaned the morning of our arrival and floors were not throughly vacuumed.
Cosy cottage in lovely rural Suffolk
10.0What a lovely comfortable cottage in a quiet rural setting. We spent a few days here while attending a wedding weekend in nearby Bruisyard and it was a wonderful calm space for chilling out both before and after the busy events. The nearby beaches were easy to reach for a swim and a coffee. The house has everything you need for a home-from-home trip and Alison was very welcoming. Above all, it is clear this has been a much loved home and that is the essence of what makes it such a lovely place to stay.
